Nikki’s Mish Mash Trail Mix

This is a healthy go-to snack that satisfies your salt, sugar and crunchy cravings!  It is full of HEALTHY fat, protein, as well as vitamins and nutrients that keeps your body energized and humming along!

Here is my concoction – and I don’t measure anything – just throw them all in a Ziploc bag and toss them together.  Be sure to portion into ¼ – ½ cup servings so you don’t go overboard – it’s THAT delish!

All seeds and nuts are organic, raw, unsalted, and unroasted.

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Almonds

Brazil nuts

Walnuts

Dried Cranberries

Dried Cherries

Dark Chocolate chips
