Ingredients:
1 lb – Green Beans
2 tsp – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup – Sliced Shallots
1 tbsp – Juice From an orange
1/4 tsp – Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp – Sea Salt
1 tbsp – Toasted Pine Nuts

Recipe Directions:
1. Cook green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain well.

2.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add shallots; sauté 2 minutes or until tender. Add green beans; stir well. Add 1 tsp grated orange rind, juice, pepper, and salt; sauté 2 minutes. Spoon onto a platter; sprinkle with nuts. Yield: 4 servings (Serving size: 1 cup).
