6 Week Life Mastery Program –  Mindset Support for Optimal Health

You might be asking . . . what really is life coaching and how does it help me with my health? 

When it comes to achieving your health goals, having a life coach in your corner can make a big difference. With weekly support, action steps and practical skills, you’ll learn how to side-step self-sabotage and truly stick to what you say you want!

Instead of just working on what physically goes into your body, a life coach can also help ensure that your thoughts and emotions remain toxic free. Here’s a review of what we’ll cover weekly:

Week One: Gain a greater awareness of your overall emotional health. Tune in to the voice of negativity, fear, complacency and resistance and learn how to stop them before they take over!

Week Two: Before you can make changes, you have to accept where you are today and surrender the things you cannot change. When you learn to find greater acceptance of your health, the better you’ll be able to make changes that matter.

Week Three: Overcoming our limiting beliefs is at the core of this coaching program. We all have beliefs that hold us back – and during this important week, you’ll learn how to identify and release the beliefs that have kept you from achieving your goals.

Week Four: In order to be truly healthy, we must learn to set healthy boundaries. Most of the time when we set boundaries, they come out sideways. This week, you’ll explore what a healthy boundary looks like – without guilt or shame!

Week Five: In order to truly be healthy, we have to learn how to be fully responsible for our lives. Even when you aren’t responsible for the conditions that got you here, you are 100% responsible for the choices you make today and going forward!

Week Six: In order to truly shine, you have to own all of who you are. This week, we’ll focus on how you can truly own the brightest part of yourself with confidence – so you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

At the end of six weeks, you’ll have the choice to continue working with your coach or you’ll finish with a completion week that focuses on setting goals and using your new tools to accomplish all your health goals.
