Chia Pudding
The simple mason jar! Love these…no harmful toxins like plastic food savers. Perfect for overnight oats or chia pudding. Perfect for portable salads. Perfect for salad dressing. So many uses, so little time. You can pick them right up at Publix! You can also order them at www.amazon.com. For the Chia Pudding, mix all of the ingredients together and place in your mason jar overnight. In the morning, add toppings of your choice! Mmmm!
Ingredients:
1/2 medium banana, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ground cinnamon, to taste (I just give it a good shake)
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons chia seeds
mix all of the ingredients together and place in your mason jar overnight
Optional Toppings
Almond or sunflower seed butter
Sliced banana
Fresh berries
Unsweetened shredded coconut
