Which is why we offer virtual health coaching to support you in achieving your personal health and wellness goals.

We work with a variety of clients – so whether you’re currently struggling with chronic symptoms, looking to lose weight, improve gut health, manage hormonal changes, discover how your personal genetics can help map a better road to optimal health or simply become better educated about nutrition – we can help.

Here’s How it Works!

Step 1: Complete Initial Consultation

Begin with a 60-Minute deep dive Initial Consultation.*  We’ll explore your personal, medical and lifestyle history, and explore what other factors are playing a role in how you are feeling. We’ll also discuss your personal health goals and how we can work together to achieve long-lasting health!

*All consultations will be either with Meryl Brandwein or Michele Barron depending on availability and goals

Step 2: Testing & Data

After an initial intake, additional testing or additional personal data may be ordered and collectd to provide a complete picture to create a more personalized nutrition plan. We work with a number of testing facilities and can support you in getting what you need.

We also offer advanced genomic testing which can provide you with your personal genetic roadmap to better health. Specifically, genomic testing is designed to help identify potential inherited concerns, but also help you identify how you metabolize certain foods. Genomic testing can provide a more complete picture – leading to better nutrition and lifestyle plans for long term health.

When you sign up for virtual coaching, you’ll also be given complimentary access to HealthSnap, an online application designed to gather personal data and lifestyle information to provide a more clear snapshot of your overall health. We’ll review your information and be able to provide you with a more accurate nutrition plan tailored to your needs.

Step 3: Monthly Coaching Sessions

You will meet virtually with health coach Michele Baron on a monthly basis for a minimum of 3 months to review your information on Health Snap and determine what changes need to be made to your nutrition, lifestyle and exercise plans.

We’ll go beyond food to look at how you’re sleeping, stress and any other lifestyle factors that might impact your current health – addressing each point to help you fine tune and reach your goals!

In addition, you’ll also have access to your coach in between sessions via our online client portal, Practice Better. Whether you have a question about your plan, how you’re feeling or want to touch base about any concerns, you’ll be able to get the support you need.

Support is the key difference to achieving your health goals and you’ll have plenty of it!

Please note that all virtual coaching packages require a minimum 3 month investment so that you can adopt new habits and patterns that will support you in a lifetime of health.

Step 4: Optional Meal Plan

We’ve teamed up with Living Plate to provide our clients with robust meal planning no matter what your nutritional needs. Affordable and easy to follow, Living Plate offers healthy delicious meal planning so that you can follow your personal plan with ease.

Never worry about what you’ll eat when you follow this optional, step-by-step meal planning tool. Your coach can help you select the right plan to follow and how you can implement it to reach your health goals.

This plan is optional, but can be helpful for anyone who feels unsure of what they should eat to stay on track!
