Module One

Discover what it means to adopt a new normal on a physical, emotional and lifestyle level. When it comes to adopting new habits, setting goals and creating action steps are key.

During these modules, you’ll learn the key to setting effective goals and how to remain accountable!

Nutrition: You’ll also dive into your first lesson about sugar! Get the truth about this sweet additive on day one. We’ll also tackle the importance of fat in every diet (even if you grew up in the 80’s being told it was bad!)

Module Two

Change is hard for everyone! During module 2 you’ll explore how to shift your natural resistance to change in order to take the actions you want. If you struggle with reading nutrition labels you’re not alone.

I’ll help you make sense of what you’re reading in the food aisles and how to stay away from processed foods.

Nutrition: Proteins are the building blocks that help build muscle and keep you lean. Discover how much protein and what kinds of proteins will best support you.

Also, fiber is key to making sure our system stays on track and flows. Discover what are the best sources of fiber and how you can tastefully add it to your diet.

Module Three

We’ll focus on some lifestyle habits that will help you reduce stress and stay strong mentally. Whether it’s getting enough sleep or meditation, this is crucial information for long-term health.

Unfortunately, we’re exposed to toxins on a daily basis – in our home, at work and in our environment. Let’s explore how to reduce harmful environmental toxins to improve health.

Nutrition: Your body is made up of mostly water, so you need to know how to stay hydrated in the best possible way.

Movement: This week we talk about the importance of movement and how you can get moving in fun and enjoyable (new) ways.

Module Four

During this last week we talk about the structure you need to make this a forever lifestyle plan with flexibility and fun, With templates and instructions on what to do next, you’ll feel empowered to own your personal health.
