Baked Kale Chips ???

Ingredients:

✅ 2 Bunches Kale
✅ 1Tbsp. Ghee (melted)
✅ 1⁄4 cup Nutritional Yeast Melted
✅ 1⁄4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
✅ 1 Tbsp Herbamore Seasoning to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
4 Mix melted ghee, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs and Herbamore seasoning together in a bowl.
5. Drizzle kale with sunflower oil and massage yeast and breadcrumb mixture into the kale. Place on baking sheet and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

The “Pantry” Bowl ?

✅ 1/2 cup short grain brown rice, cooked
✅ 1/2 cup heart of palm, sliced
✅ 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced
✅ 2 tomatoes, cut up
✅ 1/2 cup great northern white beans
✅ 1 tsp parsley, chopped
✅ 1 tsp basil, chopped

Mix together in bowl and enjoy! ?

Cashew Lime Dressing

✅ 1/2 cup cashews, raw ✅ 1/2 cup water
✅ 1/4 cup olive oil
✅ 1 Tbs red wine vinegar ✅1/2 lime, juiced
✅ salt, to taste
✅black pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Juice the lime.
2. Mix all ingredients and blend well.
