It’s been a while since I have introduced myself, told my story, and shared a little bit about the work I do and why I am so passionate about it!
I have always said that I am my own N of 1. What that means is that I have been my own best experiment through the years. By digging into the research, by learning how my body works and how to best support it on an individual level I continue to strive to be the absolute best and healthiest version of myself.
In this episode, I dive into that conversation and the things I continue to explore and research to help inspire you to be the best version of you possible.
