I was so thrilled to have such an open, honest, and inspiring dialogue with him.

He shares what life was like behind the scenes growing up with the Rebel Nutritionist- AKA- mom, and the habits and moments that left an indelible mark on his life.

We talk about his struggles during the pandemic and how he coped by incorporating the tools and strategies that were instilled in him years prior. 

And he shares his own insight into what has helped him achieve a state of better mental and physical health. 

Jason also shares his own perspective about the juxtaposition of where he is in his medical school training and the type of functional medicine I practice. He can now see the real-life practical application and importance of looking at the root cause of illness and how food truly can and should be our best source of medicine.
