I really enjoyed talking with coach Shari Coltune about our mindset as we work through making positive changes to our habits. We discussed small shifts tin lifestyle changes, and how to address the guilt when things don’t change instantly.
Instant gratification is ingrained into our culture, but understanding that things will take time, and putting strategies in place to accept that can really help.
