Baked Kale Chips πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

βœ… 2 Bunches Kale
βœ… 1Tbsp. Ghee (melted)
βœ… 1⁄4 cup Nutritional Yeast Melted
βœ… 1⁄4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
βœ… 1 Tbsp Herbamore Seasoning to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
4 Mix melted ghee, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs and Herbamore seasoning together in a bowl.
5. Drizzle kale with sunflower oil and massage yeast and breadcrumb mixture into the kale. Place on baking sheet and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

βœ… 1/2 cup short grain brown rice, cooked
βœ… 1/2 cup heart of palm, sliced
βœ… 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced
βœ… 2 tomatoes, cut up
βœ… 1/2 cup great northern white beans
βœ… 1 tsp parsley, chopped
βœ… 1 tsp basil, chopped

Mix together in bowl and enjoy! πŸ˜‹

Cashew Lime Dressing

βœ… 1/2 cup cashews, raw βœ… 1/2 cup water
βœ… 1/4 cup olive oil
βœ… 1 Tbs red wine vinegar βœ…1/2 lime, juiced
βœ… salt, to taste
βœ…black pepper, to taste

Directions
1. Juice the lime.
2. Mix all ingredients and blend well.
