Yes! We empower you to create your own Balanced Plate, but we also provide 5 options each week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Feel free to follow the recipes each week, or if you’re adventurous, trade some out for your own choices.
I strongly believe that small, consistent changes can add up to a lifetime of health. We don’t expect you to eat foods you don’t enjoy or feel hungry all the time because you’ve restricted your calories. We want to support you in making healthy changes that can last far beyond the 30 days.
It’s just a one-time fee of $99! And while this meal planner covers 4 weeks, there’s nothing to stop you from using the Meal Planner every month to create a year or more of healthy eating. If you’d like to add 1:1 coaching, then there are options to add those too!
